Monica Chamberlain

This is Coach Chamberlain’s second season with MVP. Chamberlain is originally from Grand Island, Nebraska where she attended Grand Island Northwest. Following high school she continued her volleyball career at Central Community College Platte Campus in Columbus, Nebraska. Chamberlain then was recruited to play for Morningside College in 1999-2000. Coach Chamberlain majored in education while playing volleyball and running track for the Mustangs. Monica recieved her undergraduate degree in Education in 2002 from Morningside and her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2010 from Wayne State College. She has been coaching high school and club volleyball for the past 15 years. Recently, she accepted the head volleyball position at North Highschool for the upcoming 2019 season. Coach Chamberlain is currently a special education teacher at North Middle school. She and her husband have 3 children-Sidney, Kal, and Lyndi.
