Lindsey Smith is a 2018 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she received a degree in Sports Administration. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree at the University of Southern Mississippi and is also competing for the Golden Eagle Beach Volleyball team. Lindsey graduated from Dakota Valley High School in North Sioux City, SD in 2015 where she was a 3-time All-Tournament Team selection for the Panthers at state as well as the Conference Player of the Year and Miss SD Class A Volleyball her senior year. Lindsey played for MVP for 5 years and Cobra for 1 year. In her time with MVP, Lindsey competed in 5 USAV/AAU National Championships, winning the 18U Classic AAU Championship her senior year and being recognized as the Tournament MVP. Lindsey continued her volleyball career as a UNK Loper and was the starting setter for the Division II powerhouse for 4 years. UNK captured 3 Regular Season Conference Championships, 3 Conference Tournament Championships, and advanced to the NCAA DII Tournament all 4 years during her tenure at UNK. Lindsey is a 3-time 1st Team MIAA All-Conference selection, All Central Region selection and an AVCA All-American.
